mida compatibility

General Compatibility

mida is compatible with most iOS theming engines, including SnowBoard, iThemer, Juice, Alkaline, Xeon, and NiceBarX.

mida has been tested on iOS 14, and the clock icon has been updated to work properly with SnowBoard!

I have compiled a chart (shown below) of which features are compatible with which theme engines and tweaks on iOS versions 7.0 thruough iOS 13. This chart is based on each tweak's listed iOS compatibilty. For mida battery theming, only Juice will change the battery color during Low Power Mode.

Testing Status:

Unfortunately, many combinations of iOS versions, tweaks, and features in this chart have not been tested with mida yet. If you can confirm that one of these combinations is working for you, please let me know by emailing mida@trentjk.com so I can add to this list! Tested combinations that are known to work include:


  • iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 12.4.7)

    • SnowBoard + SnowBoard extentions

    • iThemer

  • iPhone 7 (iOS 13.6)

    • SnowBoard + SnowBoard extentions + Juice - (with both regular and notch-style status bar)

    • NiceBarX

    • iThemer

  • iPad Pro (11-inch) (iOS 13.5)

    • SnowBoard + SnowBoard extentions

  • iPhone 11 Pro Max (iOS 13.4)

    • SnowBoard + SnowBoard extensions + Juice

    • NiceBarX

  • iPad Air 2 (iOS 14.1)

    • SnowBoard + SnowBoard extensions
